Legalization ProcedureS for the Transboundary Shipment of Non-Hazardous and Non-Toxic Waste from Germany to Indonesia

Export Registration for Exports to Indonesia

 

Documents required:

1. Completed application form (click here to download​); 
2. Copy of Anzeige nach §53 KrWG legalized by competent authority, e.g. Regierungspräsidium
3. Document of Information Accompanying Shipment of Waste Form as Referred to in Article 3 (2) and 4 of Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 on Shipments of Waste (WSR) (Annex VII); (9)
4. Completed and signed Letter of Statement legalized by a notary (click here to download​​);
5. Copy of  “Exporter’s Statement Letter” / (ESL) (click here to download)​​ sent to, received, and stamped by Authorized Surveyor (note: this letter must be submitted per individual shipment); (7)
6. Copy of Export Import Contract according to Article 18(2) WSR or copy of Purchase Order; (8)

Copy of  the latest Company Profile; (3)
8.
Copy of  Company Article of Association (4 or 5)

 

After receiving the completed documents, the processing time will take up 5 working days

Fee applies for the legalisation process of one batch of documents (point 1 – 6): €125,00
